SCOR Foundation for Science, which funds the CRUCIAL project, hosted a workshop on the project at the London offices of SCOR. The workshop was chaired by Philippe Trainar, Director of the SCOR Foundation for Science. The afternoon comprised of five presentations, beginning with a general and a more technical introduction to CRUCIAL and its approach, followed by further presentations by Symeon Koumoutsaris, Global Head of Cat Research & Development at SCOR, Kristian Strømmen and Andrew McRae of the Oxford AOPP Team, and Michael Meredith Joint Director of the UK National Climate Science Partnership.
