Anticipating the launch of a range of new two-dimensional, joint-outcome markets, the CRUCIAL Team organised this webinar for its market participants. Mark Roulston gave a brief recap of the existing markets as well as a forward glimpse of the markets CRUCIAL plans to launch imminently. Adrian Champion, Head of Climate Analytics at Aon, gave a presentation on Natural Hazard Prediction Markets in the (re)insurance industry. Kristian Strømmen and Andrew McRae of the Oxford AOPP Team gave a very informative presentation on the use of Python for programmatic trading using the AGORA API. The webinar closed with a ‘watch this space’ announcement regarding new markets to be launched imminently!
